Yes, we have lot of radjur here. By google i found following figures: estimated population year 1955 = 100 000 and year 2005 = 375 000. Shoot radjur in 1955 was estimated at 26 500 and for 2005 to 130 000. The last two winters have been hard so I imagine that the population has declined slightly since 2005. If you don't own your own land or have relative or friends who own land it could be expensive, but if it is expensive relative to others country I don't know.
